Hello, I’m thinking of starting a club 🙂

An online space for fermentation friends for hang out ❤

I’m putting this here to see who may be interested and as soon as we reach 10 people on the waitlist will get it launched for us to get started.

The club will be for people who are interested in / want to learn more about fermenting, gut health and into natural healing or reducing inflammation in the body.

I’m still working out the ins and outs of it but so far I’m thinking:

• one (online) class a month where we learn about the history of a certain ferment and learn how to make it (or just make a fresh batch together if you already know how to) 🙂
• one (online) monthly session where we can meet to share (if we would like to) anything we have discovered or are excited about in the fermentation world / discuss what’s in season and best foods to forage / ferment that month 🙂
• A telegram group for us to be in contact, ask questions, send photos if we have any fermentation queries and support each other with our fermentation and health journeys ❤

One of the reasons I am so excited to start this club is also to hold myself accountable for fermenting as often as possible (as I know how much better I feel in myself when I am eating healthily with daily servings of fermented foods) and learning about the health benefits to share with you all – when we do things together we are more consistent and more powerful ❤

The club will cost £15 per month and be on a rolling membership (it can be cancelled whenever you wish – no questions asked). All the classes and conversations will be available for reply and will become a library of recordings for you to have access to whenever you want to watch them 🙂
