Ingredients:
- 1 x banana
- 1 Tbsp your favourite honey
- 1 Tps turmeric
- 1 Tsp ground nutmeg
- 50ml kefir
- Honey baked nuts (regular mixed nuts will also work)
- 1 inch grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp cacao
Recipe:
- Slice the banana in half lengthways.
- Put a frying pan on a medium heat and melt the honey with the turmeric and nutmeg.
- When the honey-herb mixture is bubbling place the bananas in the pan and fry the banana on both sides until golden brown and coated all over in the the mixture.
- Remove from the pan and place in a bowl.
- Pour over the kefir, followed by a sprinkling of nuts, freshly grated ginger and cacao.
