WFH Lunch

This is made on repeat at the moment, it’s seriously good.

  1. 1 x savoury buckwheat sourdough pancake ~ made from sourdough discard with added gram/chickpea flour, water, mixed with turmeric powder and the magic Ayurvedic trio: coriander, cumin and fennel seeds. ( I mix up a big batch of batter once a week and leave it in the fridge for handy pancake snacks and lunch for the next few days).
  2. Big spoonful of homemade kimchi
  3. A heavy dusting of nutritional yeast
  4. 1 x crispy fried egg
  5. A sprinkle of flakey sea salt and black pepper

Recipe:

  1. Make a short stack starting with the pancake, followed by the kimchi, nutritional yeast, fried egg and salt and pepper. Enjoy :~)
